Service Description

Start your day with this energising 45 minute Kundalini Kriya class from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a yoga mat and meditation cushion to sit on. For all ages and all experience levels. For the best experience, try to practice on an empty stomach and skip the coffee beforehand. Rooted in traditional yoga, this class blends Hatha, Kriya Kundalini, breathwork & meditation to awaken energy and bring stillness. It’s a class not about performance, but about presence. We embody the meaning of Yoga in its traditional form: Yoga is Union.This means the class is open to everyone – young or old, beginner or experienced. You don’t need to know how to meditate. The class will be adapted to suit the group’s experience level and needs. IMPORTANT TO KNOW​ Find a comfy quiet spot in your home- Wear comfortable clothing- Avoid eating heavy meals 1.5–2 hours before class. The class is taught in English. NOTE: Some breathing or kriya practices may not be suitable for people with heart conditions, high blood pressure, epilepsy, bipolar disorder or during pregnancy. Always consult your doctor if needed, and let the teacher know in advance if you have any limitations.
