A 6-week online training designed to transform body, mind and energy.

The essential purpose of all yoga is to clear the mind, ground your awareness and gradually raise your consciousness. Through traditional practices such as Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Kriyas, pranayama (yogic breathwork), mantra and meditation, you will experience this step by step.

 

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • 12 live online sessions (90 minutes)

  • Dates: 5 May – 11 June 2026

  • 2 sessions per week: Tuesday and Thursday (18:30 - 20:00)

  • Hatha Yoga, Himalayan Kundalini Kriyas, Pranayama, Mantra & Meditation

  • Yoga Nidra & guided relaxation

  • Space for reflection and integration

  • Online participation 

  • Sessions guided in English

  • No permanent recordings available

​​​​ELIGIBILITY 

​

This program welcomes everyone with an open heart and open mind, and a sincere desire to explore their inner connection. No prior yoga experience is needed, but you should be able to sit and stand without help. While sitting on the floor is recommended, sitting on a chair is also acceptable if needed.

 

PROGRAMME & KEY-LEARNINGS​

​

Week 1 – Body & Mind Connection


Key learning: establish ease and awareness in the body
Feel comfortable and grounded within yourself. Develop a deeper connection between body and mind through a gentle Hatha and Kundalini Kriya sequence, yogic breathwork and meditation.

 

Week 2 – Breath & Mind


Key learning: understanding and influencing the mind through the breath
Experience how breath directly shapes your state of mind. Practice powerful pranayama (breathwork), kundalini kriyas and mantras to quiet the mind and cultivate deeper silence. 

 

Week 3 – Inner Awareness (Pratyahara)


Key learning: turning inward and withdrawing from external distractions
Learn how to shift from outward focus to inner awareness. Through breath techniques (including retention), mantra and meditation, you deepen your connection within.

 

Week 4 – Nervous System & Emotional Balance


Key learning: how the state of your nervous system is reflected in your life.
Understand and experience how your inner state shapes your daily life. Practice Hatha sequences that are helping you restore your nervous system and kundalini kriyas for building emotional resilience.

 

Week 5 – Power of Deep Rest


Key learning: the role of deep rest in clarity, creativity and energy
Discover what true rest is and how your true nature and highest potential can be lived when you are truly rested. Through restorative practices, pranayama and guided Yoga Nidra, you learn to deeply relax and restore. Including guided audio Yoga Nidra for self-practice. 

 

Week 6 – One Flow of Awareness

Key learning: integrating awareness into practice and daily life
Experience how movement, breath and meditation become one continuous flow. Everything in your practice can become a meditation, whether you sit still or move through asana. Learn how to build and continue your own self-practice.

  • are ready to commit to a 6-week journey

IMPORTANT TO KNOW

This is a live online training. Each session builds on the previous one.
Your presence is part of the process therefore there no permanent recordings are available.
In the case you are unable to join a session in case of an emergency or illness an exception can be made and a temporary recording may be send. We will evaluate this on a case by case basis.

Please note that 50% of the payment is non-refundable.

If your plans change, let us know as soon as possible.
Up to 2 weeks before the start of the training, the remaining 50% can be refunded.
After this period, refunds are no longer possible, as your spot has been reserved.
